Festival Vendor Information

Welcome to the Orlando International Jazz Festival Vendor page where you will find all necessary information for vendors.

Important Dates:

Registration Begins Sunday, December 1, 2019
Registration Ends Monday, February 3, 2020
Vendor Set Up: Saturday, February 22, 2020, 8:00am-3:00pm
Vendor Tear Down: Saturday, February 22, 2020, 10:00pm

Vendor Booth Information

All 10 x 10 booths will be assigned on first pay basis. Vendors must supply their own tent, table and chairs. No lighting, electricity or water will be provided. Vendors MUST keep their areas clean of debris and trash at all times. Event staff will not be liable for any losses or damages of any kind the may occur at your booth. Absolutely no subletting or donating booth, in whole or in part without prior consent from event staff.

Restrictions:  Orlando International Jazz Festival respects trademark, copyright and intellectual property rights. No “bootleg” items will be permitted. Such items include: audiotapes, video tables or any other merchandise of illegal nature. Any violations may be subject to non-participation in future events.

 

Indemnification:   The vendor agrees that he/she will indemnify and save Orlando International Jazz Festival and agents, City of Apopka and agents, Apopka Amphitheater and agents harmless and free from all damage or other liabilities within the facility or adjacent thereto by reason of any injury to persons or property occasioned by an act of omission of the vendor or any of its officers, agents, employees, guests or other persons admittedly the vendor upon the premises and vendor agrees at its own cost and expense to defend and protect Orlando International Jazz Festival and agents, City of Apopka and agents, Apopka Amphitheater and agents and all such claims and demands including attorney and paralegal fees. *Vendor/I understand that it is solely my responsibility to comply with all conditions of this agreement/application.
Approval/response will be given within 48 hours upon receipt of completed application.
